BUDAYA MUTU DALAM ORGANISASI PENDIDIKAN: KAJIAN KONSEPTUAL BERBASIS TRILOGI JURAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KINERJA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN

This study examines the concept of quality culture in educational organizations and its implications for improving institutional performance, particularly in learning quality and teacher professionalism. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study analyzes relevant scholarly literature to construct a conceptual framework. The findings reveal that quality culture, grounded in the Quality Trilogy of Joseph M. Juran quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement serves as a systematic foundation for continuous improvement in education. The implementation of quality culture enhances learning quality through structured planning, effective instructional practices, and ongoing evaluation, while also strengthening teacher professionalism through improved competencies and continuous professional development. This study contributes by providing a conceptual integration of quality culture and educational performance, offering a theoretical basis for strengthening sustainable quality management in educational institutions.
